About The Position

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules. Unloading freight from various styles of trucks. Match received items to purchase orders and packing slips. Update inventory management systems. Segregate non-conforming materials according to work instructions. Maintain equipment with daily cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks. Align with all safety and work instructions. Maintain clear communication within department. Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises. Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle to conform to "make-to-order".

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.
  • Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2 - 3 years proven experience working with CNC machinery, such as mills, lathes, or grinders.
