Shift Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM About this role: The Demo Department Material Handler is responsible for accurately processing, handling, and fulfilling Internal Inventory demo requests designated for NFHU. Working within a controlled warehouse environment, this role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, proper documentation, and safe handling practices while supporting efficient warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include executing inventory transactions, making adjustments in the warehouse management system, and maintaining accurate records to ensure audit readiness. The Material Handler must adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), compliance requirements, and Boston Scientific’s Quality Policy while safely transacting and processing materials. Work Mode At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office five days per week.

Requirements

  • 1-2 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or An equivalent combination of education/work experience
  • Certification in assigned area preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and fulfill internal demo inventory requests designated for NFHU.
  • Safely handle, transact, and move materials within a controlled warehouse environment.
  • Perform inventory adjustments and transactions in the warehouse management system.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Support efficient warehouse operations by ensuring timely and precise material flow.
  • Uphold Boston Scientific’s Quality Policy in all daily activities.
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members to resolve discrepancies and meet operational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling practices at all times.
  • Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required.
  • Use of computer devices, printers, product handling device-pallet jacks, other equipment as required.
  • Communicate via email to requesters to provide updates on order status.
  • Update and monitor Inventory Request Tool
  • Prepare and pack demo orders to be shipped.
  • Performs other duties as required.
