About The Position

A confidential defense aerospace organization is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager</b> to lead production operations supporting the plant. This role manages employees across multiple manufacturing disciplines and drives technical, quality, and schedule performance in a high -stakes environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• VantageClear Certification or equivalent (e.g., active U.S. security clearance, CMMC, or comparable defense -industry credential) required
• 3+ years of formal or informal leadership experience managing teams.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to meet production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Create and execute business plans, policies, and procedures to achieve operational objectives.
• Acquire resources, manage suppliers, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and manufacturing processes.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and cross -functional teams.
• Support off -shift operations as needed to meet program requirements.
