About The Position

Manufacturing Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a First Line Manufacturing Manager (level K) to support the Interior Responsibility Center -Washington (IRCWA) based out of Everett, WA on 2nd Shift. The successful candidate will be committed to first pass quality, ownership, and accountability — promoting FOD-free product, clean-as-you-go practices, and standards. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal and coaching skills to drive design, certification, and in-service support of cabin systems and components. This role will champion One BPS culture, tools, and KPIs while ensuring cross-functional integration with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer operations to deliver safe, compliant, and customer-focused interior solutions.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role.
1+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

Responsibilities

Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
Manages, develops and motivates employees.
