About The Position

Rockland Manufacturing is a family-owned company with multiple manufacturing facilities in the eastern and central US. We design and build over 200 of the highest-quality custom attachments for heavy equipment you can buy, and it’s all done right here in the USA! You’ll be performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting issues on manual and electronically controlled equipment, as well as other facility structures and systems, in a heavy metal fabrication environment. You’ll be a problem solver! This position is on first shift, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as required on Fridays.

Requirements

• 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
• Industrial electrical experience REQUIRED
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Hydraulic and mechanical experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing routine preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems
• Repairing equipment and physical structures
• Assisting with the building/creation of new work cells
