Amy’s is committed to cooking authentic great tasting food with high quality, meticulously sourced organic ingredients and making them convenient for consumers.     Location: 221 Phil Meador Ave, Pocatello, ID 83202 Project Details:   We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Manufacturing Learning & Development Team this summer. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience while supporting our Safety Training Improvement project by updating and enhancing existing training materials and assisting in the development of engaging, process-based learning content. This includes spending time on the plant floor to observe operations, build relationships with team members, and document processes through notes, photos, and videos to ensure training content accurately reflects current procedures. Organize and format content for leadership learning materials. Update and improve safety training materials and presentations Create and edit training content using PowerPoint and AI voice tools. Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure training accuracy.

Requirements

  • Clear written communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Basic PowerPoint or Google Slides skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams/SharePoint).
  • Comfort learning simple multimedia tools (e.g., AI voiceover generators).
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
  • Ability to make effective presentations on complex topics to plant management and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Responsibilities
