Your Role: Perform diverse duties including assembly, mixing, bonding, and packaging to meet high-quality specifications following prescribed procedures. Utilize technical tools such as scales, bonders, and testing equipment based on a thorough understanding of operational instructions. Identify and escalate product defects to leadership while actively participating in root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Track "Hour by Hour" status boards to manage performance and document specific contributors to equipment downtime. Manage line organization and team break coverage based on equipment priorities to maintain seamless production flow. Review in-process jobs to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with manufacturing specifications and GDP. Provide peer coaching on minor teamwork issues and escalate more significant personnel concerns to the supervisor when necessary. Drive actions to resolve aging or on-hold WIP (Work in Progress) and perform final verification and review of production folders.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of clean room experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong quality knowledge with GMP, GDP, and ISO standards.
  • Experience with Track Wise.
  • Strong leadership skills.
