Manufacturing Laborer
About The Position
We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our team as a general laborer. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, assisting in the production process, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Why work for D&N Bending? Requirements
- High School degree or more
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadline, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work quickly and methodically
- Good team-working skills
- Ability to work independently to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for 8–10 hours per day
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Mechanically inclined and willing to learn machine operation
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude—we value team players!
Responsibilities
- Attention to detail
- Gaging parts
- Packing parts into proper dunnage
- Loading totes onto assigned pallets
- Prepare parts for packaging and shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Operate roll form machinery and other manufacturing equipment
