Job Summary: The Manufacturing Helper assists with daily manufacturing operations to help maintain efficient workflow throughout the production area. This role supports equipment setup, material handling, and general housekeeping while following all safety procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing environments preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Overhead crane experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work in warehouse/production conditions.

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading raw materials, parts, and finished goods.
- Help monitor products during the production process and identify any visible defects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and report concerns promptly.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to support workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
