Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Engineer I Location: Portsmouth, NH - 100% on-site. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • 0-4 years in Pharma/Biotech
  • Experience with Recipe Authoring and test execution
  • Ability to analyze information and identify key issues
  • Problem-solving skills with engineering focus
  • Willingness to fulfill on-call hours
  • Commitment to quality and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, author, and model manufacturing recipes within the MES platform
  • Draft, execute, and document test scripts to validate recipe changes
  • Support manufacturing by resolving execution issues and providing SME input
  • Create and refine change management procedures for MES system and process changes
  • Participate in project planning and execution for automation improvements
  • Support deviation investigations, CAPA actions, and change requests
  • Review and revise documentation including SOPs and batch records
