We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position supports daily production by performing routine and emergency maintenance across the facility to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
  • Ability to read schematics and use power tools/equipment safely
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions(hot/cold)

Nice To Haves

  • Basic PLC troubleshooting or programming
  • Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Certifications in LOTO, Arc Flash, and/or Forklifts are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on equipment including (but not limited to) injection mold machines, hot stamp machines, hydraulic and mechanical presses, and other critical machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and hydraulic issues
  • Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Assist with facility upgrades and special projects as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
