Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician Nature of Work: We are looking for a motivated individual who will perform preventative maintenance and maintenance tasks for Electronic Production Assembly.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma is required; two-year technical degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Technician experience
• Working knowledge of Fuji, Siemens chip shooters and Reflow ovens.
• Individual must have a high level of mechanical aptitude and Hi-tech maintenance background.
• Must be able to read Blueprints and Schematics.
• Have great attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Should have good problem solving ability and be a team player.
• Must be highly self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble manufacturing equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.
• Monitor, plan and execute all preventative maintenance and tasks for production equipment.
• Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required.
• Adjust and troubleshoot Production Equipment as needed.
• Conveyor/PCB loader repair.
• Wave Solder repair.
• PCB de-stacker adjustments and repair
• Feeder repair
• Production floor support
