In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Manufacturing Support Specialists, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement Failure Analysis and Root Cause Problem Solving: Oversee team’s technical failure analysis activities, ensuring robust root cause identification and corrective action implementation using structured problem-solving methodologies Production Non-conformance Disposition: Own and improve nonconformance disposition process, ensuring timely decisions that minimize production disruption, protect product integrity, and minimize cost of quality Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional collaboration with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Design teams to resolve quality issues while supporting new product development, production process improvements, operational goals, and manufacturing challenges Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and integrate new technologies and automation into failure analysis, non-conformance, and manufacturing processes to enhance safety, reduce analysis turnaround time, improve product quality, reduce costs, and drive innovation Inbound Quality and Supplier Issue Resolution (IBQ): Provide engineering support for inbound quality issues and supplier-related nonconformances, partnering with internal customers to drive containment, corrective action, and measurable supplier performance improvement Global Manufacturing Consistency: Support consistency of nonconformance processes, documentation, and decision-making across global manufacturing sites, driving standardization and sharing best practices Who You Are: You identify and seize new opportunities.
