As a Manufacturing Engineering Process Improvement Intern, you’ll work side‑by‑side with manufacturing engineers and cross‑functional teams to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and support production operations. Your work will directly contribute to smarter, more sustainable manufacturing — supporting Xylem’s mission to solve water challenges around the globe. This is more than an internship.
