About The Position

Responsibilities Job Dimensions : This position is responsible for: Leading the management and execution of projects across the HWS Cleveland Flowpath, including mechanical, electrical, and project engineering. Supports the execution of the HWS Cleveland flowpath Capital Expenditure program Proposing identified changes to equipment, processes, materials, and/or services to improve processes and reduce costs in operations. Major areas of focus: Artificial Intelligence adoption, automation, maintenance and repair and energy The ideal candidate will be adept at the following: Judgement: Act with a view to what is appropriate, reasonable, timely and realistic Initiative: Takes independent action and goes beyond what situation requires Self-Reliance: Demonstrates self-confidence in own ideas, judgments, and capabilities Coach Mindset: Develops others without regard to differences in background or perspective. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
• 8+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
• Capital project & budget management experience
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in an engineering management role
• Masters degree in business, engineering, or related
• Experience leading a team of multi-disciplined engineers
• Experience with forging, PLC, hydraulic systems
• Experience with SolidWorks, Oracle, and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
