Position Overview: Perform tasks and assignments to support project objectives by applying engineering principles and concepts to formulate solutions. Learning Outcomes: Use time studies and process flows to make production line improvements Work with team members to achieve short term milestones as assigned by project teams. Design, document, and review detailed work instruction and line layouts to achieve team objectives.

Requirements

Sparton interns must meet the following criteria:
Active pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.
Prefer Industrial/ Manufacturing Engineering.
Use time studies and process flows to make production line improvements
Work with team members to achieve short term milestones as assigned by project teams.
Design, document, and review detailed work instruction and line layouts to achieve team objectives.
Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work on-site in De Leon Springs, FL
U.S. Citizenship is required.
