Etnyre International, a growing family-owned manufacturer of road construction and maintenance equipment, is looking for a Seasonal Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our Continuous Improvement team and help boost efficiency across our operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment
• Clear communicator with great attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Develop and document process controls for manufacturing
• Partner with CI Leaders to write work instructions
• Study workflows, space needs, and equipment layouts to improve efficiency
• Maintain process & product databases (data entry + simple programming)
• Conduct time studies throughout various departments
• Assist with fixture design and implementation
• Support the evaluation and testing of new machinery
• Jump in on additional engineering tasks as needed
