Crane Aerospace and Electronics has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at our Fort Walton beach, FL location for the summer of 2026. Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineering Intern would have the unique experience of interacting directly with senior level engineers working on products in various stages of their life cycle. The intern will get exposure to research, design, development, and production of high frequency sub-systems that are used in various military applications. Responsibilities and tasks will be tailored to the applicant’s abilities.

Requirements

• The successful applicant would be enrolled in a mechanical, industrial, or electrical engineering degree program, pursuing a Bachelors degree
• Solid decision making skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced electronics environment
• Demonstrated problem solving experience and a technical aptitude.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
