In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment while supporting engineering and manufacturing initiatives. You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams on real-world projects that drive operational excellence, product quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, SolidWorks, and other engineering/business software.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt and respond effectively in a fast-changing, complex environment.
- Confidence in communicating across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while supporting broader program goals.
- Willingness to participate in hands-on engineering and development activities.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and completion of compliance matrices.
- Assist in preparing and updating PFMEA documentation.
- Contribute to risk assessments for manufacturing processes.
- Participate in the design of tooling to support production.
- Conduct process development experiments and report findings.
- Actively participate in group design reviews.
- Work within the configuration management system to maintain and track program documentation.
- Perform data reporting and analysis (qualitative and quantitative) across programs.
