Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in college seeking either a two- or four-year degree in Engineering

Nice To Haves

  • Heavy emphasis on students seeking degrees in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering; junior or senior year standing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, improve, and document existing manufacturing processes
  • With guidance, design and detail new work holding fixtures using SolidWorks
  • Assist with Lean initiatives including set-up reduction, workplace organization, standardized work, process/workflow improvements, and visual management
  • Assist with installation and validation of new manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting of existing equipment
  • Prepare documentation for new manufacturing processes or engineering procedures
