You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the Production operations team supporting the LEED and other related programs. Our team is responsible for delivering results that align with customer requirements and implementing engineering solutions. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of manufacturing engineers, driving new product development, and ensuring seamless transition to production. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead concurrent engineering efforts from concept through production transition. Manage schedule and budgetary execution for IRAD, CRAD, and Advanced Program initiatives. Oversee assembly, test, integration, automation, and complex electrical/mechanical processes. Mentor and review work of the manufacturing engineering team across multiple LM sites. Drive process improvement and engineering change incorporation to meet critical schedules.
