About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala, FL supporting the MDMS programs. Our team is responsible for providing manufacturing engineering support for production programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineering Associate Manager, you will be responsible for the management of program dedicated manufacturing engineers and providing overarching program manufacturing support for production programs. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring resources are assigned appropriately to provide support to the production programs Supporting program and mission area corrective action boards and manufacturing initiatives Creating and executing strategies that ensure continuous improvement of production processes resulting in on-time and on-cost deliveries that meet program and customer Managing overall headcount of programs being supported Implementing and executing processes and procedures in production engineering Conducting briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives and works as an active member of an Integrated Product Team, partnering with Production Operations, Engineering and Technology, PP&C as well as Program Management Why Join Us Do you want to be part of a company culture that empowers employees to think big, lead with a growth mindset, and make the impossible a reality? Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
Experience in the manufacturing of electronics, harnesses, electromechanical, or electro-optical assemblies.
The candidate must be willing to work alternate shifts.
Previous leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Experienced with SAP
Experience with Windchill
CREO, SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software experience.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and techniques
Experienced with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Excel, Teams).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
