About The Position
GHSP is currently looking for a Manufacturing Engineer I for our location in Hart, Michigan. The Manufacturing Engineer I establishes, implements and supports winding and complex automation processes and equipment from product/process development through manufacturing ensuring quality product is delivered to our customers.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in technical manufacturing
- 1-3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge in process for equipment sourcing and verification through capability studies, gauge R&Rs, DOE, MFMEA.
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance management.
- Experience in creating and modifying process flow
- Knowledge of Process FMAE
- Experience participating and implementing continuous improvement ideas.
Nice To Haves
- Associates in Manufacturing degree preferred.
