Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or PhD in a related field is desirable.
5+ years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.

Responsibilities

Put Safety First – Ensure that all digital solutions comply with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards.
Identify opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems, and technologies.
Ensure compliance with relevant company, legislative, and technical policies and standards.
Plan and manage activities including schedule, resources, and costs.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve digital manufacturing systems and methods.
Deploy standardized Digital Manufacturing processes across the Commodity and Production lifecycle.
