SUMMARY The Manufacturing Engineer will identify operational and process improvement opportunities; manage all phases of capital projects from conception to completion; work with operations and departments across the organization to identify and support continuous improvement projects using data analysis and input from Associates. This is a hands-on position. Projects will be implemented using solid project management processes to meet schedule, cost, and customer satisfaction deliverables. Engineering/reengineering activities will be characterized by accuracy, durability, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. (FDA, OSHA, regulatory requirements related to the nutraceutical industry, etc.). Propose, design, implement, and validate process improvements throughout the facility.
