JOB SUMMARY As a Manufacturing Engineer in Fargo, ND you will: Assist with day-to-day manufacturing or mechanical engineering tasks across production, quality, and process improvement Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities Participate in equipment setup, testing, validation, or maintenance tasks as needed Collect data, document findings, and contribute to process updates or standard work Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals Perform hands-on work on the production floor to understand processes and drive improvements Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners Contribute to projects that impact communities in Horace, West Fargo, Harwood, Moorhead, and Dilworth, and the greater Fargo, ND metro Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering Ability to work onsite daily in a hands-on environment Strong initiative and willingness to learn Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Comfortable working in manufacturing or industrial settings Internship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or process improvement Exposure to CAD tools, basic troubleshooting, or lean/continuous improvement concepts Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks SKILLS AND VALUES Capable of working independently and as a team member Strong work ethic and unwavering integrity Excellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindset Curiosity, problem solving, and analytical thinking Effective verbal and written communication Desire to work on a variety of projects ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please consider joining Applied's team of talented employees in the greater Fargo, ND metro area. Requirements

Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Ability to work onsite daily in a hands-on environment
Strong initiative and willingness to learn
Solid communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in manufacturing or industrial settings
Internship, co-op, or project experience in manufacturing, mechanical systems, or process improvement
Exposure to CAD tools, basic troubleshooting, or lean/continuous improvement concepts
