Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of process design, quality systems, and Lean/Six Sigma
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to travel to our Mexico facility and other U.S. sites as needed

  • Industry experience preferred (e.g., motors, aerospace, or similar manufacturing)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, optimization, and transfer of new and existing manufacturing processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
  • Develop and execute process validation protocols, qualification activities, and technical documentation
  • Provide input on design for manufacturability (DFM) during product development
  • Analyze process capability data and use statistical tools to solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Design Engineering
  • Mentor technicians or junior engineers while coordinating development builds and pilot runs
  • Work directly with customers to support technical needs and propose process improvements
