In this high-impact role, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems that elevate equipment performance, boost process reliability, and streamline operations. You will collaborate across departments, influence strategic decisions, and bring smart automation solutions to life—all while helping us shape the future of manufacturing. You will: Lead automation and controls projects from concept to commissioning Develop and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, Robot and Vision programs Apply data-driven problem-solving and statistical methods to optimize performance Define scopes of work (SOWs), source vendors, and manage contract deliverables Provide technical support for plant operations, focusing on control systems and automation reliability Drive Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve production processes Collaborate with quality and manufacturing teams to ensure control systems meet product and engineering standards Identify and eliminate root causes of recurring downtime related to automation and controls Document proposals, validation results, and system changes
