About The Position

Manufacturing Engineer Are you ready to bring your Manufacturing Engineering skills to a team that values precision and innovation? What You'll Do: Complete hands-on training: Participate in an immersive training program to gain foundational knowledge and practical skills in design engineering processes. Develop standard drawings: Create and refine standard drawings within a regulated environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Project management: Oversee projects from start to finish, including the delivery of approval drawings, manufacturing prints, and bills of materials. 3D modeling and layout creation: Generate detailed 3D assemblies and layout drawings for conveying equipment, ensuring precision and functionality. Pricing model development and quoting: Design pricing models and prepare accurate quotes for custom, made-to-order components to meet client specifications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to align design with production capabilities and customer expectations. Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve design standards, and support cost-saving initiatives. What You'll Bring: Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required. Manufacturing experience: Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude: Strong technical skills and understanding of mechanical concepts. Drafting software skills: Familiarity with Inventor, AutoCAD, or SolidEdge is a plus. Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented in all aspects of work. Customer service commitment: Dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and upholding Martin's standards. Communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities. Self-motivation and goal orientation: Proactive with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals. Your Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements
