About The Position

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving production processes to increase efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure employee safety. Your duties will include: Conducting production time studies and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Designing work cells and plant layouts. Developing tools, fixtures, and processes to enhance product quality and production efficiency. Supporting the implementation of Centro’s Quality System and helping to maintain ISO 9001 certification. Recommending and implementing ergonomic and safety enhancements to production processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
Strong technical background in manufacturing methods, process optimization, and productivity improvements.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access), and related productivity software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering documents and technical drawings.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in a team-based environment.
Must be capable of applying principles of math, physics, and scientific analysis to solve real-world engineering challenges.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CAD/CAM, CNC programming, and process engineering tools (preferred).
