Requirements
- Engineering degree from ABET accredited institution (Industrial or Mechanical preferred, Electrical or Chemical accepted)
- Proficiency in CAM software and programming languages
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Data and Financial analysis
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma
- Strong software troubleshooting skills
Nice To Haves
- Power BI knowledge preferred
- Drafting experience preferred (Autodesk)
