Job Description Aid with the assembly of equipment in manufacturing, installation at the customers facility, warranty and paid service/technical support, create and change drawings in SolidWorks, and assists the sales team with answering technical questions and onsite support by performing the following duties.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to use SolidWorks, create diagrams which show the interconnection of process equipment and the instrumentation used to control the process (PID), generate a Build of Materials (BOM), provide quotations, and become proficient at using SAP.
Must be able to travel as needed for job.
Must be able to assemble, test and install the equipment on their own, if needed.
Must be able to perform assembly, installation, and support for inside and outside of the tools.
Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Nice To Haves

Ability to understand PLC programming a plus
Some sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ability to create and design SolidWorks drawings for new product development and revisions for existing products.
Assists and help coordinate technical product development and release to production.
Assists with day-to-day progress of product.
Manufacturing the poly enclosures on a CNC and then welding the material into position.
Assembling the final product in manufacturing.
Installations at customers facility.
Warranty and paid service support.
Answer customer questions and provide a plan to assist when needed.
Provide on-site support.
Aid the sales teams for both remote and on-site requests.
Provides technical expertise and training to other departments in support of product development.
Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations to help develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
Assists to uncover and find new sales opportunities, participate in key sales situations that are brought up from the sales team, and helps to close on all potential business opportunities.
