About The Position

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the Composites product line at their Union, West Virginia facility. This role involves working in a unionized manufacturing environment, supporting both legacy aerospace programs and new product introductions, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and production capability. The position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in aerospace composite manufacturing, collaborate with cross-functional teams and production personnel, and develop skills for future technical leadership or project management within Collins Aerospace.

Requirements

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Nice To Haves

Mechanical, Electrical or Aerospace Engineering preferred.
Basic knowledge of elastomerics, composites, engineered fabrics, machine programing and general manufacturing processes.
Previous experience with SAP ERP
