Requirements

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Experience with Test Stand and Data Analytics (TDMS)
  • Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Specialized Tooling Development (Jigs, Fixtures, Specialized Packaging Development)
  • Knowledge and ability to apply CORE principles and techniques
  • Experience in DFMA principles
  • Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Deployment and maintenance of factory test equipment
  • Evaluation of test yield and trends to aid with root cause analysis of failures
  • Engagement with test engineering and design engineering to ensure factory test yield issues are resolved quickly
  • Aid test technicians with troubleshoot of complex failures within the unit test plan
  • Drive improvements to factory test equipment
  • Generate test plans for sublevel assemblies to be sold as spares
  • Manufacturing process development and maintenance
  • Additive Manufacturing
