As a Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our production strategy-designing, developing, and implementing processes that bring Thermon's products to life. You'll champion lean initiatives, lead process improvements, and support new product introductions, all while ensuring operational excellence.

Requirements

Engineering degree with 4 years relevant experience
Strong Project Management experience: excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Lean Manufacturing experience.
Expert level in Microsoft Office suite of tools
Extensive knowledge of production principles and techniques.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficient with Solidworks.
Strong technical and analytical background

Experience in manufacturing engineering, process design, and lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

Innovate & Implement: Develop new process technologies for existing products and integrate new designs into production.
Own the Process: Take full accountability for execution of manufacturing orders/projects in partnership with operations.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and support lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
Optimize Performance: Improve production KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, First Pass Yield, and shop efficiency.
Design & Develop: Create tools, equipment, production drawings, and routings based on engineering documentation.
Train & Support: Provide technical guidance and training to production personnel.
Document & Standardize: Write and update SOPs for operational processes.
Problem-Solve: Manage Returned Material Requests and contribute to special projects as needed.
