About The Position

You will be a Manufacturing Engineer within the MSE canister team. Our team is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge missile and fire‑control solutions that protect people and enable mission success. As the Manufacturing Engineer Senior you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting canister manufacturing processes that ensure high‑performance missile systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional engineers and production staff to drive quality and efficiency. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Aerospace, or other related discipline from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
Proficiency or experience with AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks, or similar modeling software.
Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Demonstrated ability for basic problem solving.
Entry level understanding of basic hand tools.
Willing and able to work Third Shift
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, CREO, SolidWorks).
Apply GD&T principles to ensure manufacturability and compliance.
Develop and validate manufacturing tooling and fixtures.
Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve processes and reduce cost.
