Role Overview and Responsibilities Summary : As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern, you will be an active member of our operations team, contributing to both engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for students who are passionate about solving real-world manufacturing challenges and driving process excellence. Internship Dates: May 27th 2026 - August 7th, 2026

Requirements

  • Completion of Junior year in an accredited college with a major in a STEM Field (Engineering Preferred but not Required).
  • Passion for creating positive change and a desire to engage with the manufacturing team.
  • Creative, data driven approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Organize and complete detailed tasks and project work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with engineers and operations leaders to improve production processes, equipment efficiency, and workflow.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools to reduce waste and enhance quality.
  • Analyze data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams in engineering, quality, and supply chain.
  • Help document standardized work, visual controls, and process maps.
  • Support trials and experiments to validate process changes.
  • Take on additional projects based on current business needs.
