Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Lead the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment layouts, and production workflows to improve efficiency and safety. • Analyze production data and process performance to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate with product design, quality, and operations teams to ensure manufacturability and alignment with production capabilities. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation. • Support the introduction of new products and technologies into manufacturing by coordinating trials, validations, and training. • Evaluate and recommend new tools, equipment, and technologies to enhance production capabilities. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Manufacturing Engineer I and other team members. • Participate in cross-functional projects focused on lean manufacturing, cost reduction, and quality improvement. • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities. • Performs other duties as assigned.
