You’ll do whatever it takes - which might include going to the farm - to ensure our customers have reliable and safe products . Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years working experience as a manufacturing engineer
  • Experience with 3-phase distribution systems required
  • Experience working with electrical control panels or enclosures required
  • Hands on experience in hardware debug and automated verification
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and a desire to work in multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience in schematic design and machine architecture
  • BS+ in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with PLC Systems and Ladder a plus
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers / panel shops a plus
  • Experience with SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDWORKS Electrical a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing process solutions - that will involve both software, documentation, and floor operations
  • Be responsible for essential manufacturing engineering tools
  • Contribute to the improvement of PLM, ERP, MES systems
  • Assist in manufacturing engineering for new product introduction and how to scale manufacturing processes
  • Quickly troubleshoot and resolve electrical or systems issues which may arise during manufacturing
  • Quickly prototype, troubleshoot, and iterate designs for electrical test fixtures and automated testing equipment - collaborating w/ engineering
  • Drive decisions through project planning, task delegation and leading problem solving efforts to reiterate quickly
