About the job you are considering Manufacturing Engineer – Dashboard Development Position Overview Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that transform manufacturing? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer who combines deep knowledge of manufacturing processes with strong dashboard development and data visualization skills. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation—designing dashboards that empower teams, optimizing processes, and driving innovation across our operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in high-volume production.
  • Hands-on experience developing dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms .
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis techniques.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing principles and process optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Build Impactful Dashboards: Develop, deploy, and maintain real-time dashboards that track production metrics, equipment performance, and quality data—helping teams make smarter, faster decisions.
  • Optimize Processes: Design and implement manufacturing processes that improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with production, quality, and IT to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
  • Analyze & Innovate: Use data analytics to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Champion Standards: Document SOPs and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Empower People: Train and support shop floor personnel in using dashboards and technology tools.
  • Lead Change: Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
