About The Position

We are Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) a government contracting and consulting firm supporting several federal agencies and military installations across the U.S. We are currently seeking a Data Engineer or Dashboard Developer to support a short term 6+ month project for our current mission. The Data Visualization Specialist position involves creating and managing visual representations of data to support the U.S. Army’s mission. This role is essential for transforming complex data sets into intuitive and actionable insights through interactive dashboards, and reports. Vantage is a comprehensive data platform designed to support a wide range of Army users, enabling them to access, analyze, and act on authoritative data for operational decision-making. Its capabilities include interactive dashboards and analytics (Contour, Slate, Quiver), readiness tracking and reviews, secure data integration from multiple sources, workflow automation, and support for both point-and-click and advanced development workflows, all governed by robust access controls and tailored to diverse user roles across the Army

Requirements

Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms (i.e. Appian, Salesforce).
Understanding of design principles and best practices for creating clear, effective, and visually appealing data visualizations.
Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers, data scientists, and other team members.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Responsibilities
