We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Control Analyst Supervisor to lead our Material Control Analysts team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production workflows, and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior inventory experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
  • Supervisory experience is MANDATORY
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Proficiency in Outlook, WMS, and Excel
  • Strong math skills including percentages and unit conversions
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Stand-up forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the Material Control Analysts team
  • Monitor inventory records related to production areas, machine locations, and bulk storage
  • Manage shop floor workflow including work order release, material demand creation, and documentation
  • Provide frontline support for resolving production reporting issues
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Conduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safety
  • Serve as backup to the Cycle Counting Supervisor
  • Uphold food safety and quality standards including cGMP, HACCP/FSMA, SQF, and regulatory compliance
  • Document and maintain preventative controls for food safety
  • Report food safety and quality concerns immediately to management
  • Collaborate across teams to share knowledge and drive continuous improvement
  • Support professional development and leadership growth within the team
  • Practice and promote safe work behaviors and conduct safety observations.
