Meet the Team : Founded in 1999, Dexcom, Inc. provides continuous glucose monitoring technology to help patients and their clinicians better manage diabetes. Since our inception, we have focused on better outcomes for patients, caregivers, and clinicians by delivering solutions for people with diabetes - while empowering our community to take control of diabetes. Summary: Responsible for providing a full range of administrative and clerical services for the manufacturing department in order to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. Duties also include data input and reporting for all required documents and trending. Where You Come In: You perform a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks for the manufacturing department. You are responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of inventory counts, records, and reports. You conduct manufacturing transactions in Oracle and InSite (Camstar). You sustain Work Order maintenance to ensure accuracy and continuity. You perform word processing and prepare correspondence, reports, statistical data, and other required documents. You prepare schedules, charts, graphs, and tables based on instructions and production needs. You conduct regular audits of manufacturing documents to ensure all records are current and compliant. You may conduct training and time studies related to manufacturing processes. You perform other duties as assigned to support the team and manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • ability to perform all essential duties accurately and consistently
  • bring strong knowledge, skills, and abilities relevant to manufacturing administrative support
  • demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory counts, records, and reports
  • proficient in using systems such as Oracle and InSite (Camstar), or you are confident in your ability to learn them quickly
  • have strong organizational and documentation skills to manage work orders and manufacturing records effectively
  • adapt well to changing priorities and take on additional tasks to support the team
  • work effectively both independently and as part of a manufacturing team
  • commitment to quality and compliance helps ensure all processes and documentation remain accurate and up to date
  • Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience and a High school diploma/certificate or equivalent
