About The Position

The Manufacturing Cleaning Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and containers used in the production area, and for maintaining the washing area in an orderly condition at all times. Essential Job Functions Maintain the areas for which you are responsible in a clean, neat and orderly manner. Requisition cleaning materials needed from warehouse. Verify all materials received are correct. Dispense cleaning materials accurately and label all cleaning solution containers appropriately. Complete appropriate logbooks for areas and equipment cleaned. Assures that all cleaned containers are clean, dry and labeled prior to storage. Operate all equipment in a safe manner according to established procedures. Label and dispose rejected materials appropriately. Perform all duties in accordance with applicable SOP's, cGMPs, and safety instructions in order to consistently produce quality results. Assist the Manufacturing Manager/Supervisor in all areas as directed. Key Characteristics The individual selected for this role must like working in a fast paced but highly compliant environment. Team player. Reliable, self-starting, and organized. Able to follow clear instructions. Attention to detail. Flexible work hours.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in the English language is required.
Must be able to perform required repetitive lifting tasks.
Lifting, walking, repetitive hand motions and attentiveness required.
Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) or moving required.
The ability to wear a respirator if required.
The ability to gown and work successfully in a clean room environment.
Available to work 2nd shift.
