As a Manufacturing Biochemist I, you will: Execute, as well as provide expert guidance on SAP transactions/reports, equipment implementation/use, and manufacturing processes. Take part in product release responsibilities, including equipment and software commissioning/validation, review of bill of materials and routings, and product transfer/qualification/validation support. Assist in meeting product demand requirements, driving systemic improvement in manufacturing. This position includes the handling of various types of materials, including hazardous and DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) controlled materials. This position may suit you well if: You are versed in software applications and comfortable investigating and testing digital and automated solutions to replace manual systems. Experience with SAP and automated manufacturing systems (e.g. MES) is a plus. You have experience in equipment and/or software validation. You have a robust manufacturing process background, a solid understanding of the use and calibration of laboratory equipment during formulation and can demonstrate a strong understanding of GMP in a controlled environment. You have exceptional attention to detail and can provide verification and approval for quality records. The expectation would be to provide leadership and direction, within the department. Identify and initiate continuous improvement activities in line within the Healthineers Performance System (HPS) framework The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally You have an ability to effectively manage multiple operations in parallel, within defined time ranges. Occasional off-shift work may be required. The base pay range for this position is: $79,800 - $109,725 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
