Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Outstanding attendance
  • An ability to think and learn on the job, effective communication skills and basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, and reach for 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to successfully pass a basic skills assessment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
  • Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
  • Meet the minimum age required of 18 years of age
  • Experience operating and running manufacturing equipment (PLC Controlled) or willingness & ability to learn

Responsibilities

  • Inspects finished goods as they come off the manufacturing line
  • Prepares shipping labels
  • Packs products
  • Operating fabrication equipment
  • Monitoring product quality to ensure customer specifications are met
  • Preparing equipment/materials for production runs
  • Provide mentoring and training to new associates (Once trained)
