Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • At least 2 years experience as an assembler in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Office programs or digital work order systems.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, team player, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to follow instructions, identify potential issues, and ask for clarification when needed.
  • Willingness to contribute to team efforts and the overall success of the organization.
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs., and to team lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform prolonged kneeling, squatting, sitting, crawling, and climbing stairs, ladders and work stands.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during the entire duration of shift.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.
  • Flexibility to bend, stoop, and crouch as required for tasks.
  • Good vision, including the ability to focus on small details and identify defects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and potential issues.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of composites, textiles, medical products and other processing/fabrication equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of various products and parts
  • Test products to ensure specifications are met and document processing conditions
  • Follow production guidelines and specifications to ensure quality of products
  • Maintain a clean and safe workstations and fabrication areas
  • Maintains required records of productions and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures
