About The Position

At Clickstop, we are seeking highly motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Associate . This role blends hands-on sewing line operations with efficient packaging responsibilities, offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute across multiple areas of production. You’ll be instrumental in assembling USCC transportation products, packing orders with precision, and supporting continuous improvement across all operations. What’s Expected: To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members will begin their training in strap manufacturing/packing and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We produce a wide range of products, so attention to detail, and the ability to remain focused in a repetitive environment is critical.

Requirements

  • Must be able to repeatedly lift 50lbs.
  • This position at times requires repetitive hand and arm movement.
  • Must be able to engage in repetitive bending, kneeling, sitting, and squatting movements.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Comfortable working in a high-speed, fast-paced environment with frequent task changes.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.

Responsibilities

  • Read and understand work orders.
  • Audit orders for accuracy.
  • Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble transportation tie-down straps, cargo nets, and nylon slings.
  • Maintain productivity by meeting daily output requirements.
  • Perform repetitive motions while seated for extended periods of time.
  • Sew straps using manufacturing procedures in an efficient manner.
  • Maintain order accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
  • Pack numerous different orders efficiently and accurately off of a conveyor belt, ensuring products are prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
  • Utilizing NetSuite and ShipHawk software to manage production records, entering completion data, building work orders and updating inventory.
  • Follow Lean manufacturing principles to help reduce waste and improve efficiency in packing and overall processes.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and working to ensure a smooth flow of operations.
  • As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned at any time.
  • Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as industrial sewing machines, cutters, winders, stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
