About The Position

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring Manufacturing Associates. This role involves hands-on work in a clean, modern manufacturing environment, where you will remove finished fiberglass parts from the line, inspect them for quality, and prep them for the next step. These parts are crucial for the fiberglass frames of Marvin windows and doors, contributing to their strength, durability, and energy efficiency. Training is provided for both experienced and new manufacturing professionals. The work is repetitive and fast-paced, requiring consistency and attention to detail. The facility is air-conditioned and state-of-the-art, emphasizing a safe and comfortable workplace. Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment
• General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting
• Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs
• Meet the minimum age required of 18 years

Responsibilities

• Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to make sure they meet quality standards
• Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy
• Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving
• Provide support in training new team members, as needed
• Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes
