About The Position

In this hands-on position, you’ll assist operators, prepare materials, monitor equipment, and help ensure our products meet safety and quality standards. Schedule Options: 12-hour 2-2-3 Nights (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) or (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.) Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized We reward great work with: Pay range: $18.41 – $18.86/hour (based on experience) Night shift differential: $1.00/hour premium Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week 401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one Growth and development opportunities Job Description: Possibility Unpacked What you’ll do: Assist operators with set-up, operation, and monitoring of press, extrusion, or converting equipment Prepare, load, and stage raw materials, rolls, inks, cartons, and supplies needed for continuous production Transport materials using hoists, forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment Remove finished rolls, pallets, or waste and stage for the next step in the process Inspect materials and running product for defects and report quality issues Perform roll changes, ink changes, and material changeovers as directed Record production data, weights, and complete required documentation Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in accordance with GMP, AIB, and food safety standards Assist with housekeeping, waste handling, and recycling activities Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts Follow all safety, PPE, lockout/tagout, and company policies Assist other team members and departments as needed What We Want From You: Lead the Pack Preferred qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing experience preferred but not required Basic math and measuring skills Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions Ability to work effectively in a team environment What We Value Our Core Values guide us: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance.
